Due to the nature of the product we sell, we do not offer refunds. We do not accept partial order returns or exchanges in accordance to Georgia law set by the Board of Cosmetology and Barbers. Please be sure to review your cart before making your final purchase.
There is a thirty (30) day warrenty on all Loc Installs.
If for any reason a loc becomes loose or falls out ypu have 30 days to book an on-site appointment to have the loc reattached at no cost.
A mobile appointment can be scheduled, but will be subject to a $35.00 travel fee.
